Autumn weekend getaway Looks
This weekend I managed to put everything I had plan on doing on hold when I was asked by the hubby to attend his college home coming weekend at his Alma Mata ( Frostburg State University). This location although only a three hour drive from Washington DC. It is actually the most laid back, quite and picturesque little city I have came across here in the United States. Frostburg is located in Allegany County, Maryland, United States and is located at the head of the Georges Creek Valley. It is part of the Cumberland, MD-WV Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 9,002 at the 2010 census.
The sites are simply breath taking.
My Hubby is an an Athletic Hall Of Fame inductee at his university for over 20 years, hence My so and I love to be his plus two date at his Functions.
The next Day we are having Breakfast with friends and former college mates.
The Football Homecoming game is a big part of the weekend celebrations.
